Aparticula

At Aparticula, I led the Lisbon team as a Digital Project Manager, managing budgets, proposals, briefings, resource allocation, and project planning, all while ensuring timely deliveries using agile methodologies. In parallel, I was deeply involved in UX/UI design, contributing across all phases of the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery. I created wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and defined UI specifications, style guides, and design patterns to maintain consistency and usability.

Additionally, I handled graphic design, branding, web design, and front-end tasks, managing several WordPress websites. I utilized a wide range of tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and Figma, to bring concepts to life.
